    A fitting tribute to, and lesson in the history of the rough riders, the constant reading of names can wear a bit thin over time until you remember that these are in some cases the names of otherwise forgotten men.     Nothing spoils a book for me like dumb dialogue, luckily Long Hard Ride was more than good it was entertaining, fun and witty with the right kind of comic relief with all the yummy action.
